Made an appointment for an oil change, came in dropped the car off gave the keys explained all asked if I could leave they said yep we’ll call you when it’s ready. 4.5 hours go by. I come back and ask if the car is ready. Yep, all done they say! 10 days later I’m checking my credit card, no charge. I call. Turns out they didn’t even do the service!!! If a place can’t execute a simple drop off oil change without getting confused, why would I trust my vehicle there? I blame management. Poor folks actually doing the work are probably just as overworked as the rest of us.

I took my car there to get new tires and an alignment and they messed my tpms up and then would fix it, they told me I had to pay to get a new tpms sensor. Mind u know I had no tire light on when I took my car but when I get it back the light won’t go off and they say they’re not responsible because the tpms is still in tact!! I would never in my life go back or take any of my 4 vehicles there for service ever again and if anyone read these reviews should carefully consider what I’m saying. I wish I could get them closed down.

I've come to this Pep Boys 2-3x time for emergency tire issues, and normally they're fair and friendly, but I think management or mechanics have gone way downhill lately. Yesterday, I came in because my tire light went off, and after a 2-hour wait, they told me nothing was wrong with it and refilled it with some air. They recommended I eventually get a wheel alignment and a different new tire, but they were short staffed that day and couldn't handle it. This conversation was a little snarky with the manager refusing to tell me how urgent this really was. I would say overall the customer service was abysmal. Even when I walked in, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to address me because the manager was bickering with another mechanic. This morning I woke up to that tire totally flat. When I took it to another shop, they said it had a nail in the sidewall and were shocked PB missed this. I am, too, frankly. They also said I didn't need an alignment or other new tires, so not only did PB miss a major and dangerous issue, but they also attempted to upsell me. I will not be returning.

Absolutely worse service in the world. Fire the guy at the front desk immediately, I believe his name is Larry. He has no customer service skills at all. He hangs up on customers and leaves them on hold for at least an hour. I brought my car in for a very relatively easy service and alternator change. What should have been an easy service took 2 days and they never fixed it. I had to tow my car to another pep boys to get it fixed because they did not know what they were doing they had me going in circles. The pictures below is how they return the car with parts Missing and my air box disassembled. This was a horrible experience. Please do not go to this Pep boys , they are making up as it goes! Horrible!

Love the customer service! Lai was very patient and knowledgeable. He took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, and also helped us diagnose a small problem we we’re concerned about. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while waiting for my car. Also watched tv In a very clean comfortable waiting area. I would definitely recommend this Pep Boys! Excellent Customer Service!
